Annual community report for the City of Footscray, Australia. Footscray is characterised as a very diverse, multicultural city and a highly industrial one. Different colours coming together to form the frame symbolise all the different backgrounds creating the city and are also a repetitive element throughout the report. Blocks were also a repetitive element indicating both the industrial characteristics of the city and the pieces of diversity shaping and making up the city.
